We Travel Luxe (WTL), affiliated with Travel Experts acts as a sales agent for the airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line or other service provider named in your itinerary (Suppliers).
WTL is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.
WTL assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused by (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of Suppliers; (2) any defect or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owner, operated or otherwise provided by the Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under WTL control. You hereby release WTL from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
Hazards:
We have no special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, supplier bankruptcies, or the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of any tour. For foreign entry requirements, go to http://travel.state.gov/travel_warnings.html. For State Department travel advisories, go to http://travel.state.gov/travel_warnings.html. For foreign health requirements and dangers, go to http://www.cdc.gov/travel/index.htm. You hereby release us from any claims resulting in whole or in part from any problem covered in this paragraph and any other causes not within our control, and to submit all other claims against us within 30 days after the return of your trip.
Travel Insurance:
We Travel Luxe offers access to many optional products and services to enhance every travel experience. Options such as TRAVEL INSURANCE may protect passengers and their investment against adverse circumstances, such as third party supplier default/bankruptcy protection, delay, interruption, missed connections, cancellation, medical emergency transportation/evacuation and repatriation, baggage and personal effects/lost luggage and baggage delay, illness, job loss protection and change of plans, accidental death and disability, travel accident/sickness medical expenses, and more. Unless specifically noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of the client’s itinerary. Without appropriate travel insurance, Client understands and agrees that if Client cancels or interrupts Client’s travel for any reason, portions of the trip/tour may not be refunded and WTL and travel suppliers’ cancellation penalties will apply, resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of Client’s travel booking and related costs. The purchase of travel insurance, while not required to purchase any other product or service offered by WTL, is strongly recommended. If a Client needs to file an insurance claim, WTL will assist by providing a copy of the travel cost documentation for bookings originated by WTL to the Client. Filing the claim and completing the requirements from the insurer is the Client’s responsibility.
Delays:
Flight delays are very common today. If your flight is delayed for any reason, the airlines are not required by law to pay for your en route expenses, such as meals, hotels, taxis, and phone calls.
Check Your Itinerary:
As soon as you receive your booked itinerary, check it thoroughly to make sure it is correct as to dates, times, fares, and rates.
Reconfirmation:
Schedule changes are quite common today. We urge you to re-check exact flight times prior to departure and prior to your return.
Cruising:
If you are cruising, we strongly recommend flying to your port a day or two before your cruise is scheduled to leave. With the number of flight delays and cancellations, you can miss your ship if you do not fly in a day or two early. If the passengers opt to fly in the day a cruise is scheduled to depart, the customer is responsible for their own arrangements if they have to meet the ship at the first port, or they miss the cruise entirely. WTL is not responsible for any monetary losses as a result and will charge a minimum service fee of $100 and up if the client wants assistance because they missed the ship.
Fees:
Credit cards and wire transfers only will be payable to Travel Experts and funds must clear before any payments are made to vendors. We research numerous vendors to ensure that we have received the best pricing on airfare, cruise fares, car rentals, accommodations, etc. based on desired travel dates and availability. This agency accepts no cash.
Before making your deposit for your trip, please read these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Once a deposit is made, the deposit signifies your agreement with this document.
To engage WTL for travel planning and services, Clients agree to pay WTL an initial NONREFUNDABLE PLANNING FEE before research begins and recommendations are provided in exchange for the fee.
Revisions, cancellations, and refunds:
All components of your custom trip are nonrefundable. By having us proceed with a payment, you are consenting that you agree to these terms. We highly encourage securing cancellation insurance and will send details shortly.
Due to the extensive organization involved with booking your custom travel experience, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. If cancellation for any reason occurs after confirmation of these arrangements, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total trip cost will be processed by Travel Experts, and a $100 per person change fee will be processed for any revisions requested. This fee will be immediately charged to your credit card on the date of cancellation or change. **By purchasing travel insurance, these cancellation fees will be included if you cancel for a covered reason by that insurance.

WTL shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL NONREFUNDABLE TRAVEL COSTS. If WTL, and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in the sole and absolute discretion of WTL or the appropriate supplier. WTL will, however, use its reasonable efforts to cause you to be reimbursed where possible. WTL will be entitled to deduct from any refund payable to you the reasonable actual and potential costs to WTL of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees. Regarding civil unrest, once WTL has investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in WTL’s sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip.
