We Travel Luxe Group Adventures Cancellation POLICY + TERMS

If considered/ accepted to participate in a We Travel Luxe Group Adventure trip, I hereby acknowledge, and agree to, the following booking and cancellation terms and conditions:

All bookings are made with We Travel Luxe, Emily Webber, or Amy Cochran, sole proprietors and the owner of all of her advertised itineraries (“We Travel Luxe,”, "We Travel London", “we,” or “us”). By booking a trip with us, paying a deposit, or agreeing to these terms, you accept all the terms in this agreement on your own behalf and direct us to perform services for each and every Traveler. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement constitute agreement between you the Traveler (“you” or “your”) and We Travel Luxe with respect to all bookings, reservations, trips, or transactions made with us.

Bookings may be made through our online registration system. The deposit and payment schedule for this trip is listed on the registration page. Review the deposit and payment schedules, as well as the cancellation terms listed below, carefully. Note that a booking is not accepted and there is no contract between us until we confirm your booking in writing. Please do not make flight arrangements until you are a confirmed traveler on our trip.

A valid and current passport is required for international travelers, with the validity of the passport six months beyond the last date of travel in most, but not all, international entry requirements. You acknowledge that by booking a trip with We Travel Luxe that you have a valid passport or plans to obtain or renew a new or expired passport. It is your responsibility to be aware of these rules and any trip cancellation because of passport issues will follow the cancellation policy below.

We highly suggest travel insurance to secure your travel investment from any unforeseen circumstances that would prevent you from traveling, trip interruption, illness, loss of luggage, flight cancellations or delays, weather interruptions, etc. You acknowledge that as a condition of traveling with We Travel Luxe Group Adventures travel insurance is highly recommended and it is your responsibility to obtain a policy. It is suggested that the policy is purchased within 14 days of initial trip deposit. It is usually 3-5% of the total of the trip (without airfare). A We Travel Luxe advisor can assist you with travel insurance recommendations.

Any cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and other monies paid to us for your trip. In the event a participant needs to cancel, it is mandatory for the participant to notify We Travel Luxe by email ([email protected]). Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- I acknowledge that I will be required to sign an additional liability waiver

-Initial deposits of $775 are non-refundable under any circumstances.

-91 days or more before the trip, 40% of the trip cost is refundable (excluding $775 deposit)

-31 to 90 days before the trip, 25% of trip cost is refundable (excluding $775 deposit)

-0-30 days before the trip trip cost will not be refunded.

BY REGISTERING FOR A WE TRAVEL LUXE GROUP ADVENTURE, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:

Participants understand that travel within the United States and international travel are subject to certain inherent and other risks and dangers, all of which are too numerous to list, which include, but are not limited to, acts of God, terrorism, civil unrest, hazards of travel in difficult terrain, weather (including mudslides, rockslides, hurricanes, monsoons), altitudes, travel by air, motor vehicles, or other conveyance, exposure to disease, drowning, accidents, bites, and the negligent acts or omissions of the We Travel Luxe, its shareholders, managers, employees, agents, subcontractors, Tour Companies, all other participants in the tour, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on We Travel Luxe behalf. Participants further acknowledge that the forces of nature, crime, civil unrest and personal injury or illness in remote areas without means of rapid evacuation or adequate medical care or supplies are risks which exist in international travel. These risks cannot be eliminated, and Participants willingly assume these risks. Participants understand that any of these risks may result in rescheduling the trip, bodily or emotional injury, death and/or damage to property, including lost luggage or other belongings, to Participants or to third parties. Participants understand the physical requirements of the activity in which they will be participating, and Participants shall have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair his or her ability to participate in this Tour or their safety in these activity, or else Participants should be willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. Participants hereby authorize We Travel Luxe and the Tour Companies to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this Tour without my further consent. Participants certify that they have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage they may cause or suffer while participating, while inside and outside the United States of America, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself and all related costs, such as evacuation, etc. Participants understand that there may be delays and sudden change of schedules and/or cancellation of schedules before or during the Tour. While reasonable care will be taken in selecting transportation, accommodations, and event, Participant understands that cancellations by Tour Companies, breakdowns, and delays may occur. Participants understands that circumstances may arise such that Participants might be asked not to go on the Tour or to return early, or delays or changes in the Tour schedule may occur and that only those monies refunded to Agency by third party Tour Companies, or still in the possession of Agency will be refunded to Participants. Participants have been advised that a condition to travel with We Travel Luxe is to obtain travel insurance at their own expense which, under certain circumstances, insures against unforeseen travel issues and risks such as inability to participate in the tour, travel/tourism bankruptcies, cancellations, interruptions, delays, lost/stolen/damaged travel documents and personal property, medical expenses, evacuation and other emergency transportation.
